Asphodel honey ^{On sale}

Together with arbutus honey, it’s one of the typical Sardinian products. Asphodel honey has delicious notes of citrus and almonds. It tastes like vanilla with a slightly sour aftertaste. It is suitable for making sweets, flavoring fruit salads, or combining with fish dishes or delicately flavored cheeses, but also for herbal teas and infusions, creamy desserts or yogurt.
